As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you believe your order should have shipped already, but you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us(info@pacycle.com)- our Team will be happy to look into it and see what happened.

We're very sorry to hear that you haven't received your order! Don't worry, though - our Support Team is here to assist you to find your parcel and get it back to you!
Firstly, make sure to check the information on the tracking link. Usually, there's plenty of information there - and there's no need to fill out a claim with the carrier. Also, some orders are often left at a neighbors door, so we strongly advise that you check with them (or with the building manager, for example) to see if someone actually grabbed your package.
If your tracking link shows your order as 'Delivered', but it wasn't, please send us an email at info@pacycle.com - so that we can take a look into it, and get back to you with a proper solution.
Paypal Shipping Address
If your payment is processed by Paypal, please note that we only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If in any case of some countries and regions, we can not ship to, we will also inform you accordingly by email after your purchase.
